BlueSynergy is proud to partner with the Emily Jerry Foundation in Cleveland, OH to help bring the voice for safe patient care. We truly believe in the mission of this foundation and therefore wholeheartedly join in these efforts for providing safer patient care.
From Chris Jerry (Emily's dad and President and CEO of the Emily Jerry Foundation):
"Thank you for the opportunity to share my daughter, Emily's, tragic story. This does not get any easier, in fact even though over five years have gone by since her death, my life still seems so surreal. There is no pain greater than losing a child. My beautiful Emily's death was senseless and preventable. However, by establishing Emily's Foundation, I genuinely hope to prevent any other family from having to endure the pain that I live with every day."
Emily's death was preventable. Through a serious error on the part of a healthcare worker, Emily died at the young age of two. BlueSynergy partners with this very worthy cause to build a voice and understanding of how these errors may be reduced and ultimately eliminated. We both believe that we can make a difference in the quality of care that is delivered to all patients. Together, we work towards that objective, reducing risk in our healthcare system. As a commitment to this effort, every member of our core team has achieved the personal certification of Certified Enterprise Risk Manager (CERM). We are proud to work with Chris Jerry and his foundation.
A portion of BlueSynergy profits and our time is donated each year to the Emily Jerry Foundation.
